摘 要：The rapid economic development of our country in recent years， constantly improve the technology level， at the same time also has made great progress in civil aviation industry， the route of modern civil aircraft maintenance is mainly embodied in airlines aircraft line maintenance maintenance and domestic airports aircraft maintenance service， but as more and more company routes are opening， as the structure characteristics of the civil aircraft maintenance personnel for route maintenance is more and more complicated， the civil aviation safety problem more and more serious， so the civil aviation department must strengthen maintenance management of the civil aircraft routes.  The normal maintenance of civil aircraft route can ensure the normal operation and flight safety of civil aircraft. The maintenance of civil aviation routes can reduce the aircraft accident rate， greatly protect the safety of passengers' lives， and promote the development of aviation industry.

The introduction

With the rapid development of China's civil aviation industry， which occupies more and more important position in the economic development of our country， further promoted the continuous expansion of civil aviation， as an increasing number of routes， aviation safety problem more and more serious， we must step up efforts to manage the maintenance of civil aircraft routes and improve the skill levels of civil aircraft line maintenance， to ensure the safe and stable operation of route maintenance of civil aircraft.

1. Maintenance management features

1.1 The route maintenance of modern civil aircraft is difficult

Airline maintenance of civil aircraft plays a very important role in ensuring the normal and stable flight of aircraft. However， due to the increasing number of modern civil aircraft models and their increasing complexity， the maintenance difficulty is also getting higher and higher， and the risk of safety accidents is also increasing.  Maintenance personnel daily work is frequent in daily routine maintenance， as well as to rule out of growing fault， route maintenance work is monotonous， and work content and the complex， if maintenance personnel working for a long time， can cause mental fatigue and irritation， prone to negligence， make work mistakes， not very good to complete the maintenance task.  In addition， modern civil aircraft has a very large and complex structure， many parts， a very complex control system， and is also prone to various faults， and the causes of faults are various， so it brings great difficulty to the maintenance work.

1.2 Airline maintenance and final inspection maintenance are the core of civil aircraft maintenance activities

Each aviation enterprise attaches great importance to aircraft line maintenance， due to the timeliness demanding flight route， so of course maintenance time arrangement is very strict， only the intermittent stage of planes in the daily maintenance work， maintenance work as soon as possible after arrangement error or other reasons， that did not finish the maintenance task， will affect the normal aircraft flight arrangements， lead to flight delays or large area of late， and so on and so forth， to aviation enterprise to bring the huge economic loss.  So the route maintenance of modern aircraft is one of the core of civil aviation maintenance activities.

2. Analysis of the main problems existing in airline maintenance management at present

As a result of the civil aircraft maintenance management work is relatively complicated， the maintenance personnel of the technical ability and maintenance level requirement is very high， and different management methods used in aircraft maintenance is also different， so the route of the civil aircraft maintenance management in China also cannot treat as the same， can affect the course of the factors of safety has a lot of kinds， if the maintenance personnel can't provide a correct response to emergency in time， will seriously affect the maintenance tasks smoothly， cannot guarantee the safe and stable operation of the aircraft.  Due to the rapid development of China's civil aviation field， in order to meet the increasingly busy air transport task， airlines have purchased aircraft from different countries and regions， which greatly increases the difficulty of maintenance management.  Need for different types and sources of aircraft to perform special maintenance plan， but the aircraft model is too complex， each maintenance personnel are not able to master too much aircraft maintenance skills， and increasing the number of aircraft and the man-machine than the gap is too large， which makes the maintenance management work often stretched， greatly influence the smooth completion of the repair work.  In order to keep up with the rapid development of the civil aviation industry， the maintenance and management of modern civil aircraft routes should be continuously improved， the standardization and standardization of maintenance work should be improved， the professional knowledge level of maintenance personnel should be enhanced， and the supervision and management of maintenance work should be strengthened.  More reasonable classification of maintenance personnel technical level and management requirements， increase the reasonable configuration of man-machine ratio， improve the compensation and treatment of maintenance personnel at all levels， better improve the enthusiasm of maintenance personnel， and thus improve the quality of maintenance work.

3 Implementation key points of modern civil aircraft route maintenance management strategy

3.1 Improve the quality supervision system

As aircraft flight safety is very important， maintenance management needs to implement very strict management system and maintenance procedures.  Maintenance personnel shall also carry out maintenance operations in strict accordance with maintenance procedures and management systems. But in the real maintenance work， many maintenance personnel to the maintenance procedures and management system implementation is not in place.  Aircraft has an extremely large structure， many parts， a very complex control system， and is prone to various faults， and the causes of faults are various， so it brings great difficulty to the maintenance work.  At present， it is often the case that each maintenance personnel is responsible for the maintenance of multiple aircraft at the same time， and needs to face a variety of fault problems at the same time， so maintenance personnel are faced with very great maintenance pressure.  The maintenance work of civil aircraft shall include the airline maintenance control department， production planning department and quality management department to assist the maintenance personnel of the maintenance engineering department to do the daily maintenance work together.  This a few departments need for effective coordination， maintenance control departments to assist the maintenance engineering department strictly implement maintenance procedures and timely provide the technology needed to support management system， quality management department to promptly conducting supervision and inspection， the result of the maintenance process and maintenance task to reasonable production planning department issued， guarantee the smooth completion of the aircraft maintenance work.

3.2 Reasonably divide the basic level of airline maintenance

As there are many procurement channels for civil aircraft and various types of aircraft， different maintenance schemes are required to deal with the faults of different aircraft.  In order to maintain aircraft accurately， we need to classify aircraft types， professionals and personnel reasonably and effectively.  Due to the uneven maintenance level of maintenance personnel， we need to effectively divide the technical level of maintenance personnel， so that the aircraft fault of corresponding level can be repaired and eliminated by maintenance personnel with corresponding ability， so as to improve the maintenance efficiency.  At the same time， different levels of failure problems will correspond to different maintenance scheme， so the one at the completion of maintenance work or exclude a failure to reasonable arrangement corresponding to the professional engineer to troubleshoot arrangement plan， production planning department will timely and reasonable and effective work of routine and non-routing arrangement， avoid the waste of time and human resources， this is also in order to maximize reduce airlines for maintenance cost control.

3.3 Enhance vocational training education for maintenance personnel

At present， China's civil aircraft， domestic accounted for a small part， most of the civil aircraft are imported from Europe and the United States， as well as imported high-end business aircraft， in maintenance problems are facing certain difficulties.  Each domestic airline has its own CCAR145 maintenance unit， and generally speaking， the maintenance ability is more able to be recognized by the bureau.  But as for the current route maintenance of domestic airports flight route maintenance ability is relatively satisfactory， there are a variety of reasons， such as the airport need to be responsible for the many models of inspection and maintenance efficiency， more models the differences in the complex can't be designed and refined， this will cause all know but is not deep， so sometimes not to make a timely response to the sudden failure.  This requires us to enhance the vocational skills training for airport maintenance personnel. Whether the maintenance level of maintenance personnel improves mainly depends on whether we can understand the differences of different types of aircraft and master the maintenance methods， as well as whether we can master the maintenance technology of the latest models.  The airline company should carry on the training assessment to the airport maintenance personnel who have completed the training， especially should pay attention to the assessment and assessment of the maintenance personnel's failure disposal ability.  Even at the same time for all of the cultural level of the maintenance personnel， integrity， moral level and strengthen the sense of responsibility， which is why the army has repeatedly asked why professional integrity is the bottom line， above all to improve management， personnel should supplement， supervision to be effective， which ensures that maintenance personnel can better carry out repair work.

With the continuous development of science and technology， on the civil aircraft will be more and more high technology content， route maintenance management work is becoming more and more big， difficult to maintenance personnel maintenance technology requirements will increase， so we have to continuously strengthen the supervision and management of route maintenance work， keep up with the development of science and technology， the application of new technology to improve the management level of route maintenance.  Strengthen the training of maintenance personnel， promote the smooth implementation of maintenance work， to ensure the safe and stable operation of civil aircraft route maintenance.
